Mineral Show in Hawaii

Are there Mineral Shows in Hawaii?

Is a question you may have asked in your search.  The short answer is: Yes!, but COVID-19 changed everything.

All future Rock and Gem shows organized by and for us will be announced here on our website as soon as we can secure a confirmed date and place.

We have not scheduled a mineral show for 2022 yet (as of 8/5/22)

Please check back about the details later in the year. We are still working on the best location/s for our shows. See you hopefully in 2022.

The last summer Hawaii Gem and Mineral Show was May 12 to 14, 2017 more

One of the membership benefits is that you can participate in club-sponsored shows and exhibits. All shows listed on our website are organized by and for our members (yes, you have to be a member to participate in our club organized mineral shows). In our Hawaii mineral shows members can display and/or sell minerals, rocks, fossils and lapidary items including jewelry.

The Rock and Mineral Society of Hawaii aims to organize at least two mineral shows a year. One in the winter/spring and one in the fall.

Our Annual Hawaii Rock and Mineral Show had been held for over a decade in Waikiki at the Outrigger by the Beach Resort (or other incarnations of the hotel name). 2016 was our 15th Annual Hawaii Rock and Mineral Show.

For the past few years we added a second show The Hawaii Gem and Mineral Show at the Honolulu Museum of Art School. Also known as the gloriously beautiful Linekona Building, it is across the street from the Honolulu Museum of Art. We are often found on the second floor of the building.

Please contact us if you want to be put on a mailing list for upcoming shows

Our Hawaii Mineral Shows are announced on our website and a wide variety of Internet sites.

We post a FaceBook event as soon as we have a firm date set.
